 Every body like power of influence and the way of generating power and storing it begins from simple method , it is more or less connected with controlling our nature lies in our working mind & soul , The first thing to understand is to understand what is good & bad : I bring you for the simple formula that we like those things which makes us happy , here is what makes you happy is whether source or impact has a right and justified in the line of truth ; We like some thing for our taste but that is harmful but we unable to avoid it , this is a factor that we are influenced by wrong trend that rooted in our nature , thus the very root that causes the generation of good or bad is our nature , so it is up to us to change the very nature : In the same line if we understand good people or bad people those interfere in our life we can feel the peace of life by avoiding bad people  , The source of disturbance in our life is bad company , similarly if we avoid the entrance of bad ideas and admit good ideas in our mind  , we would find a change in our life , try to identify  bad ideas , thoughts before entering in our mind and stop them immediately when our mind becomes habitual of grasping good thoughts or  ideas , you will find a great change : actually our thoughts are related to other peoples we don’t think about us , secondly when we think about us only then  it creates a  change in our life we should think what is justified and helpful in thinking , once you understand this philosophy of  wrong or bad idea then the wrong  Idea would not enter in our mind  , and it would creat a circle surrounding at your head which would stop wrong people to come nearby you and your power of influence would likely to begin shortly : The art of  identifying  wrong thoughts or ideas in entering in mind is an art which changes life of a person and  it works in two manner first it stops wrong activity and works as a Vigilence of mind , secondly storing of these goods thoughts gives a signal of identification of those thoughts while entering in mind ,to stop them and this practice after a long  period would also give you a prior indication of any incident , although it takes a longer period but it would be happened when your mind suggests do these good things then your power of understanding would be expended  and you would have a influential personality

Our Feelings

 Weightage of type of feelings in mind is a factor which relates to our pleasure & sorrow : To purchase pleasure from money is a different aspect but still we are searching pleasure in our atmosphere or in our community or in short our family ,lastly within our body :  This searching of pleasure and sorrow ends with us , with searching in our inner conscious : No body can fill up the pain of sorrow through money and no body bring the pleasure of soul from money : To distinguish these two aspects of our mind which are totally connected to our feelings neither it has relations with money nor money can bring our love affection respect artificially : These aspects are natural and natural phenomenon can’t replace from the artificial world :A poor men is happy from his broken hut and he is happy due to his obedient family who serves in his command , Thus the lust of happiness in brevity is totally related to our feelings and feelings can’t be borrowed from artificial world it emerges from our heart :

 There are some offences where our criminal procedure code describes non compoundable under sec 320 crpc and compromise are not permitted due to heinous offences and also its tremendous bad impact upon society : Supreme Court in the case of Narinder singh v state of Punjab reported case 2014 (6) SCC 466 held and enunciated principle and observed that where impact upon society is such that effects the society & which act is deterrent to society or others then even compromise is made between offender and victim that would be not acceptable and offender should be punished : There are stages when court may take liberal view upon compromise arrived between relevant parties and all depends upon circumstances and relations of parties when matter is running in investigation and challan not put up but if conviction being made then inherent power under 482 crpc is not benefitted : In another case In the case of Dexaben v state decided by Supreme Court  it  was held that sec 306 IPC treated to be heinous  due to impact upon society and act is deterrent to society . Supreme court in this  case held that criminal proceedings of sec 306 IPC can’t be quashed under sec  482 Crpc on the basis of compromise arrived between offender & complainant; and reliance is placed of the principle adopted in Narindersingh v state of Punjab :

Partnership firm &! N I Act

Interpretation of Law

 There is no codified procedure of interpretation of law and jurist do Interpretation of law as per object of legislation  & meaning applicable to clause . The necessity of interpretation occurs when any ambiguity appears in law and  meaning of legal word , clause , object of law are considered the basis of interpretation of law , In our constitution the interpretation of law when differs in multiple opinion with regard to constitutional matters ,then a  reference is made to constitutional bench of Supreme Court ,  supremacy of Supreme Court in interpretation has final verdict and subordinate courts obeys the interpretation of Supreme Court and high courts as enshrined in constitution  The judgements declared  by reference are very important judgement upon law whether reference made to high court by subordinate court or single bench to higher bench of high courts or Supreme Court : It is not essential that in every case references are made to higher court , our high courts and Supreme Court interpret the law in decisions : The binding nature of law where legislation was passed on the subject listed in concurrent list of constitution , meaning thereby when state and Center both have authority to enact law then both law persists and if law made by state differs or not in consonance with central act what would be binding effect or the procedure adopted in state law differs from Center then which law or procedure would dominate : supremacy of centre as enshrined in our constitution : The dominance of Center in enactment of legislation always followed : The latest judgement by Supreme Court decided in case titled Asset reconstruction company (India) Limited v/s S.P. Departmental enquiry decisions

 Decisions of departmental enquiry are generally challenged in courts but finally there are few cases where court interferes and management wins these cases finally in battle : The important thing is the legislation : these departmental decisions against employee are challenged in writ jurisdiction having limited scope : In writ jurisdiction under art 226/227 of constitution , court  don’t sit and act as an appellate court  : If  the procedure adopted in departmental decision was against natural justice it can be decided in writ jurisdiction and directed to authority to decide in a justified manner : The case of three judges bench titled State of AP v/s Ramarao reported in AIR 1963 s.c page 1723 in which it was held that it is not the function of court to review the evidence :Similarly in another case titled BC Chaturvedi v/s union of india reported in 1995(6) SCC at page 749 it was held that the  power of judicial review doesn’t mean that court has appellate power to re appreciate the evidence but it is to be seen that rules of natural justice are followed : When an enquiry is conducted against delinquent officer , neither strict rules of evidence act applies nor proof of facts applies to disciplinary proceedings : In another judgement titled union of india v/s P Gunasakhran reported in SCC ( 2015 ) 2 at page  no 617 ,The  parameters are described  that high court shall not 1)re- appreciate the evidence 2) inter-fare with the conclusion of enquiry in case enquiry has been conducted in accordance with law 3) go into adequacy of the evidence 4) go into reliably of evidence 5) interfere with any legal evidence upon which any finding is based 6)correct the error of fact however grave it may be 7) go into the proportionality of punishment unless it shocks to conscience , further it was held that the standard of proof is different in departmental enquiry comparing with criminal proceeding and acquittal of delinquent from criminal proceedings from benefit of doubt does not absolve his liability in departmental proceedings , 

In recent judgement title sbi v AGB Reddy supreme court up held the principle declared in the case AP v/s Rama Rao reported in AIR 1963 sc page 749 that it is not the function of this court to review the evidence  

Supreme Court held in case sbi v AGB Reddy appeal number11196/2011 decided on Aug 24 , 2023 and set aside the judgement of single bench and division bench of high court and accepted the appeal of sbi and held that court would not interfere in the  deptt enquiry concluded by Enquiry officer / management /appellate court  as the function of court is not to appreciate the evidence in writ jurisdiction 

Supreme Court held in civil appeal number 2518/ 2012 titled State Bank of India & ors v/s P.Zadenga decided on dt 3/10/2023 that acquittal in criminal proceedings does not entitle the delinquent employee for any benefit in the latter or automatic discharge in departmental proceedings 

It was held in this case that nature of proceedings being wholly separate and distinct

 Art of Writings a script either for our self or for the purpose of general public works in two ways : in individual sense remembering past or a guideline for future or to check whether we wrote a script was  how much of in correct version in the sense it was written in right manner with good sense : I wrote an article but it was not for general information  I read after a few years so as to check whether  it was written in proper way : It was generally in a nature when  some thing should be made in public but  it is not necessary that would prevail as per your script but when we write something for not the purpose of our praise for ourself it  would happen , Writings of a script ,written without any desire works more then we desire for the expectation of praise : it does not mean that our object is to write some thing for our self only or to maintain personal diary or memorandum and not to write for a subject universally known : We can’t reform to any one , every person has their own choice of thoughts and it would be prevailed as per their karma : what is the meaning to write for a people who reads for some time and forget it , there is no compulsion of writing , it has just information to be energises the mind , Good script of Writings are meant for those people who are not guided by bad script of writings : The difference between these are what you needed : How your passions would prevail and controlled by right script : The question of passions always remain dominant upon us  ,religious writings or other writings would not help us  for the purpose to change our mind : The scientific truth lies in the fact that how  to change our  passions :we are searching ways to change our passions : if we forget bad habits then passion would automatic change but to divert our mind from bad habits it’s a procedure to be adopted by mind in this activity  : when we used to divert our mind from bad activity we have to place a different activity in the place ,which we have interest or going to make interest  : The vacant mind forces us to go with bad habits 

Your Will Power

Strong  Will power makes a people successful in life : Will power not only show your mode of working , but in result will power shows the path of success : Elaborately it has a power to see inherently : Will power has dimension of doing work with constant determination  , it has some aim objective with foresight ness , Will power  develops  from devotion , blessings, right thoughts and creativity in  a line of action , The negative thoughts are damaging in our life :  wrong Full Will power  & its motivation creat bundle of negative effects in our  life :identify whether others Will power persuade or dominating your Will power : Don't be dominated by others in case others Will power has a bad intentions and doing such act with their selfish ness ; Actually human thoughts are such type that they inspire from selfishness and with the help of this selfishness they used to get victory while dominating others : fear makes in humans loosing will power and braveness strengthen the Will power : There is a formula when superior dominates upon Will power of subordinate: whether if any bad intention making him to dominate then do what ever law permits :Moral compulsion makes Will power strong 

you to do a work which is not desirable : it’s a weighting of your Will power and others power :

Pran element

 Pran (life ) element existing in a creature has a micro power and number of factors are responsible for their existence in life span : There are five elements air  ,  fire ,  water , earth and sky , these five elements are regulator of human body and composition of human body by five elements makes body in existence . The most pertinent or  in brief  element    is Pran which  goes out of body and that is  soul , When Pran leaves body , body becomes dead :  Pran element makes body alive Pran do not eat drink or do other activity : Pran can be controlled through Hath yoga without eating drinking : We see a people can live without eating and drinking while doing fasting or with other activity of samadhi : They control Pran : All activity of creature is depend upon  Pran : The relation of human with Pran is like age of the people : Pran or age is vice versa :  Pran vayu , Pran Agni , Pran Jal , Pran Dharti  Pran Akash these are micro element and Pran is a  unseen molecule not visible from naked eyes ; there is no shape of Pran it can only be feel and understood and Pran when goes from body it takes the shape of soul : Pran vayu runs in morning in Brahm Muhrat : Pran vayu means  that vayu full of oxygen helpful in meditation yoga and religious activity for devoting God and it runs in body for proper function of organs : Pran Agni that is Jathar Agni ,which is helpful in digesting our food , Pran jal that maintain body by proper controlling flow of blood in Nurves : Pran Akash  maintain air in both nostril : Pran Dharti where the body is monitored through brain : it has been said till heart is beating , body alive : Proper balance of these five element in body makes fit of body : Irregularity in function of these element in body makes body  ill : Hath yoga elaborately says about nadies present in body : The most useful nadies are Ida Pingla and Susmana : These nadies are also called by surya nadi , Chandra nadi and susmana nadi : surya Nadu runs in night and Chandra nadi in day : To regulate in such a manner that Chandra nadi might run in day and sun nadi in night , this activity  would enhance the age span of people doing such activity :so far it’s identification is concerned it can be easily identified through flow of air in right and left nostril : Air flowing from right nostril called flow of surya nadi whereas air flowing from left nostril called Chandra nadi : The process of changing nadi is very useful : first prepare yourself to make ready to identify flow of air flowing in nostril after some time with practise flow of nostril air would be known : In the night sleep by moulding left arm it would help you to run surya nadi in night : These exercise after sometime would change your life style

 We like influence attraction dominance and hopes from others according to our style of working : This is not an art of hypnotism but I would say before saying something understand it what other people wants  from you , Every people wants to fulfil their desire : Understanding people make us competent to work either it’s way or in our way : This gives us time to brain to understand the people : Keep mind in understanding people : This working of brain bring us success in life : It helps to minimise quarrel , make harmonise relations and give us a personality cult where people give you due attention : 

Keeping children in arm

 How intimacy ,affection , love shown and feel by an act , The deep thoughts where children thinks that there is an existing love   when parents took children in their arm , some time children insist from parent to live in arm : children’s feeling is very important , children understand the language of love although children does not express their love through voice but their insisting to have in arm of parent is a expression of love : This is a natural expression of language of love , children feel that to live in the arm of parent meant thereby  he is safe and parent also loves with children: This language of love is an extreme reciprocal understanding between children and parent : similarly animals used to behave to their children : these natural languages changes afterwards when children understands and act with their  own choice or comes in maturity : thus immaturity of children keeps parent to safeguard the children and children feel safe with parent who loves with children : This natural phenomena keeps world in love with own children or other children : God lives in children when you search love affection from him and if accepts your love , like to live in your arm which is a feeling of acceptance of love : similarly we expect from God to keep us in their arm and he accepts our feeling when we don’t pray through voice but insist from our mind : Mind is more powerful then voice : Silent insisting or chanting of mantra from mind not from voice has an effect of thousand time : 

Our previous life and Ketu

Thrust of living

 We have a thrust of living ,& earning for survival , we don’t want to die and in the same way we don’t want to become earning less ; Earning and living runs parallel if earning of money becomes meagre it creates a huge problem in better living :  This is a physiological concept that happiness makes a desire for living and unhappy people invite number of disease and disease makes shorten to  their life : In essence happiness enlarge the scope of longevity: some people in disease becomes painful and makes prayer for uplifting their lives but sometimes body remains constant with pain and sufferings and don’t leave the crucial stage : What is this , some people wants to live in world and some people wants to left the world but it is not in their hand , some people forcible die from un natural way : Natural way of abode has a principle that people peacefully left the world : The concept of peace to be understood in the parlance of discharge of soul in peaceful manner : The last concept of discharge of body when a person wilfully leaves food water at the last time when he wants to  left the body : The process of santhara in some religion has a pious and scientific way to left the body when mind remains in the state of understanding and takes Sankalp ;  whatever be death is not in hand of people and fate decides it pain and sufferings for the people : The role of past and present deeds makes the people in the normal peaceful  state or in the state of pain and suffering at the last time of age as per their deeds,  The reliving factor from pain and sufferings  for a people remains in peace when sounds of prayer of God diverts his mind and he makes confession : The thrust of life living is a universal natural factor given by nature not differentiating to other creatures :

Fear of God

 Justice every body prays for it , whether it’s your own life related to social life or if denied it’s court of law : The biggest court of law is our omnipresent God where every evidence is being dictate whether it has been concealed or it’s false or forged .Micro justice where punishment being given as per our deeds karma this accounts who is maintaining and electronically punishment being given sometime instant and some time become delayed , that means your case has given an opportunity to reform yourselves : The fear of God is most important factor for doing good deeds , fear has a restraining power to act in a honest and true manner : The whole justice is rooted in the word true in evidence : To understand trueness is a subject of evidence and our social relations are depending upon trueness its tie becomes strong when we are true in relations : Trueness binds and opens the doors of humanity while doing in justified manner :fear of God  that makes us to act in justified manner , what we don’t except from others that should not be done in our own side with others : This is a balance in life , we except love from others then we should do respect for it it’s a reciprocal phenomenon: same principles applies to our fame & dignity : To make it a object in life that an act with a wrong intention to injure others would be punishable by God , this fear would clean your soul

Worries

 Worries makes a people bundle of disease , There is no medicine to prevent worries , Worries only cured through keeping mind in calm state : To make a mind free from worries we require our attention of mind far away from worries : Attention upon any incident past future or present which makes mind in the state of insecurity or creat fear of insecurity causes worries sometime it may be of our  illness  : How our mind can be diverted from worries : If any thing would have to happen in future and we are worried in presently  about this , then how to stop to happen , although it is true that some worries prepare us to strengthen and prepare us to make encounter to become self reliance , disciplined , struggling and self dependent : and that results to wipe out future miss happenings :worries are only setback to health it may deteriorate the function of stomach and its organ , it may cause your obstacle in daily routine : It may creat up set of mind : but when worries are handled with set mind it gives happiness in last by virtue of success in removing obstacles:

 The whole universe is controlled by balance of power , when balance of power deteriorated, upon the earth from any cause created whether natural or from the living creatures , calamities appears ; In the same way balance of power when goes to deterioration whole earth being affected : Two powers are regulated upon earth : 1 magnetic power in universe which regulates the system 2 ecological balance of power that regulates balance of power in earth when unbalanced it becomes danger  to living creatures : The same principle being applied to humans , animals , birds and small creatures humans are regulated by Five elements and whenever this composition becomes irregular , body goes in illness and lastly if goes in serious condition ,death caused from such illness : The earth is also made of five element : unavailability creat the non survival of living peoples : We becomes ill whenever the regulation of five element goes to imbalance : Ayurveda says the imbalance of vat pitta cough creates illness in body ,the digestion power Jathar Agni (fire) has an independent role  in body , when the element of fire retarded it creates illness in operation or regulation of organs : The working of air   Fire , water , earth and sky are required for survival if humans : Whole body is controlled by super brain who controls Prana : when super brain becomes ill or uncontrolled , death being caused : Super brain has vibration of earth and it has quality of very sensation : Yogi is  regulated by super brain and receives the signal of vibration from Braham : Peoples lives in longevity those understand the wisdom of five elements : People eat in fire element in surya nadi , drink water in Chandra nadi , sleep in night in surya nadi and regulated Chandra nadi in day : Those people who regulates Chandra nadi in day and sun nadi in night gains unlimited age : crossing 120 years :

 Time runs and Time has age also , to illustrate ,time gone never comes : Time has a point of saturation that indicates the end of time : Time makes discipline in practical , to follow time meaning thereby that we are obeying time and adopted time as a indicator of pathway : There is a time of break fast lunch & dinner , office time and other relevant time for daily routine work : To change the time means changing life : some time disturbances appears upon change of time :we are helpless in old age whenever think about the working in youth : Thus time factor is most important we can’t do work of youth in old age or in childhood there is a time of eating sleeping preaching , Genius people always follow disciplined life  and their life runs satisfactory : As our time fixed for sleeping and other activities : Our mind runs as per schedule of time fixed for a particular activity : Our life alive for fix age that has a scale of time : Peoples who gets life work in scheduled life time as work in youth and take fruits in old age who work in old age avoiding period of working in youth time they never fulfil their desire of rest : we heard that yogi peoples have a science of stopping the running time and when they live in a zone where time does not run and that causes their life longevity and when they comes in actual time zone it appears there was a long time already elapsed : This shows that time has some chemistry which we feel that it is running

 The main reason of birth is to complete the incomplete deeds of past life : These deeds are concerned with our desire which were not fulfilled in past life and that caused the birth : This cycle runs until the desires are satisfied : The suppression of desire is an act by which saint used to break the circle of rebirth : Two questions emerges that  desires play a vital role in life and desires to be fulfilled second questions is related to curtailing these desires  : Suppression of desire and curtailing  of desire is another aspect  : The way of Libration of soul through curtailing of senses is a science by which saint implements their control upon nadi through hath yoga & controls the human senses : The most scientific way of yoga by which Hath yogi controls visible and no visible things through identification of five elements flowing in Ida pingla & Susmana  : we heard that Hath yogi enhances their age in pursuit of breaking the circle of rebirth : Their is a philosophy existing which says that complete your desire which makes unrest  and don’t suppress : The point of discussion is how the soul is liberated and how people would break the cycle of the rebirth : Fulfilling desire don’t open the doors of Libration of soul , Source of libration of soul has no relevancy to fulfill the desire actually there is no end of desire and it has no limitation : 

Generation of good thoughts

 The dawn period is the period where every people upon earth can easily receive good thoughts : To generate good thoughts meditation of thoughts is necessary : This time is fixed for generation of good  thoughts : This is called Amrit  vela : This short period where you can call to nature for generation of good thoughts : This time function of mind works a good adaptor from nature : In this period mind works in a free manner   avoiding bad thoughts in this period and making  habit to charge the mind for good thoughts would prepare the mind a healthy mind . The pleasure of good thoughts are like honey : This is a period when the all creatures living upon earth starts working ,and show their pleasure through their voice : Good thoughts in life have a place for success in life : These thoughts makes life very beautiful ,Once we made an habit in dawn period either writing reading or meditating : all are matter related to good thoughts and thoughts would originate but it is necessary before originating good thoughts to think upon good thoughts : 

Story of change & Yoga

 Yoga an activity by which humans can feel the magical impact of this exercise : Breathing exercise that takes number of years in understanding the activities of Nadi and number of years runs to follow the way : Understanding comes first like reading the chapter and grasping comes when we determine to act   third phase comes when determined mind pressurise to follow the way adopted by grasping activities by mind : Yoga is a way where we can change our uncontrolled mind , Five element runs in nostril breath and Ida and Pingla runs I right and left nostril breath , These five element determine the activity of our mind by which we used to take positive or negative vibes : Act of fire is only to take digest the food and when act of fire is used in outside activities it changes the activity of mind :and anger comes that results in quarrel :this is one of element in five element :To change the mind from anger to cooling , the required yoga is to change the breath , through changing nadi : Some people say that drinking a glass of water can change anger into peace : this is an additional activity that helps in changing the thoughts : no doubt thoughts are resultant of our elements running in our nostrils breath : If you change the subject we can change the result of activity : Talks resulting anger takes place when the subject of anger persists : when the subject diverted to other subject it changes the mind : This is a yoga how you change the mind of others : In the same way when flow if nadi in breath are changed by us , we can feel an extraordinary result :this is to change the mind of others :

Devotees of God

 God is simplified an extra ordinary unknown power that helps the men who work with a justified manner ,what justified code is a different interpretation of each and every individual thought but justified way correlated with universal natural principles of law : There are some principles recognised by universal law : Karma theory shows that our  deeds are final authority to give fruits in accordance to deeds Devotees of God always obeys the principles of karma and they travel upon path of truth :  The post of devotee of God is higher and some times God helps in the colour of unknown helper : we can’t recognise at that time who helped us when all doors for help were closed  : Devotee of God attracts the God through their truth ful means : Mantra tantra and yantra are another means of attracting the God :God some time appear as a Obedient people but so far as our son , Daughtor relatives are concerned they can leave us in critical time but God would do never ,and God may appear in difficult intolerable situations and can help 

Role of Imagination

 Imagination has a perfect role in life , Poets writers scientist researcher engineers are the generators of imagination   :  The basis of research are evolution of logics : There are some fundamentals of every research which are based upon logical research ; The pleasure in imaginative thinking gives a different pleasure and keeps person happy : This is a free boon given by nature us alike water air fire earth open sky for shelter : This would be to mention here that a person can’t live with only imagination but so far as mental pleasure has concerned it has a deepest role in perfection of mind : Every imagination does not have a power of positivity : Perfection comes from positive thinking that gives a clue of success in life on the basis of that thinking : 

Our True Friend

 Mind is our true friend , you need not go for searching a true friend , all works in our body : If our mind is healthy our body would be fit : Unhealthy  mind shows our  some  organs of body going to depreciating : Yoga exercises are totally related to brain which controls the whole body , This is our best guide , friend and some thing more that makes our presence in this world : To understand the activity of brain and their health we should not ignore the voice of brain it tells us but we should be able to hear the voice which tells us every thing in present , future and past also , Meditation is a most conducive work for enhancing the  health of brain : Natural food are beneficial in lubricating mind and those are prepared gives the various type of environmental effect, Pure cow ghee is best lubricants for brain machinery : Natural air , Natural water , Natural food , Natural environment are basic tenement and responsible for the health of mind : These things empower to the mind to work effectively and when it works effectively we can hear the voice of mind and can be acted as per their guideline :

Seeds of positivity

 Earlier  I brought a seed of positivity and gave manure of five element with utmost care , I found that after a short period that seed resulted in plant and after day by day its growth changed in a tree , Now I am getting fruits : The manure of five elements that resulted in tree are not visible now but the tree also gave the manure of positivity : I used to exercise meditation beneath the tree , Tree always spread the vibration of positivity and tree also cares me as I cared when seeds planted in earth : This proverb is true that you will get what you sow :Activation is essential work for getting work done : Activation meaning thereby to implement a work : Seed was activated through five element : earth , water , sky fire and air : that resulted in its growth and without these element growth could not have possible :The important thing is activation but if there is no seed then activation is not possible : This principle also applies in our physical world where our aims are fulfilled through object :

Occult unknown powers

 The topic in question not only interesting but also helping to us in day to day life : We humans neither think nor able to search the wisdom of unknown powers : Its a matter of experience no body believe unless any one experience of these unknown powers and their helping nature : So far as its categorisation is concerned ,there are four type of unknown power 1. Visible but they don’t tell what ever you do against them or favour them 2 visible but you understand their language what they want 3. invisible but your act are under control in the sense you have a  fear for doing negative acts 4 invisible but your act are not under control and sense of fear is not present : For the shake of example  I talk with plants what they needed food like manure  ,water , air, proper atmosphere like sun light and proper earth : These five elements those required for humans they also require meant by air water fire earth and sky but they don’t speak but their language you can understand when you try to understand their growth , and caring them by providing what they needs : Your act of service towards plant would revert and you would be helped in life by unknown power whenever your tragic time comes : Every positive act retunes to us ; Positive forces are very powerful ,in the same way negative acts  ruins the life and no body would come forward in tragic time to help ,In the same way try to understand the language of animals birds ,  they can’t speak but you can understand their language and when you would able to understand their language : you would be helped by nature by unknown powers : Subject is very ling and time is limited any how Try to understand the wisdom of unknown powers :

 An object comes after identification of any things : Doctor identifies the disease and thereafter he diagnose the disease similarly the most crucial issue in life is to understand and identify the issue and solution comes when we go in depth to resolve the issue : The first ladder of success is to find an object or to identify the things making trouble and later on preparation starts for the solution ; The most unsuccessful story of life is that we are failure to get the real object or we don't identify the circumstances which led to trouble : The beginnings to find out object is most real issue and thereafter research starts to find out the things that are making the trouble : The secret behind successful peoples are they find object and starts from object whereas the other people see the result of success and aims to seek the fruit directly while not adopting the preliminary process of object ;

 Trust or faith are the words where the weightage of our talks becomes more penetrating:  We generally talks in our daily routine as per circumstances keeping in mind the opposite persons status ,age and what we want to say as to persuade them : The most effective way to persuade persons is to trust them and making them with your confidence and to win their confidence : Behaviour is a best performance to show your nature : Behaviour shows the nature of a person and rude rough behaviour makes a person a wrong impression about his personality : There are most basic tool used by people trusting with praising words to others or becoming subordinate or obedient : Trust with God and prayer with surrendering himself in various occasions of life : Trust attracts the opposite person : The greedy person can be attracted from money , egoist person can be attracted with folded hands , foolish person can be attracted with work accordingly and wise people can be attracted with trueness: The meaning of these words a person can be win with the nature of other person , The point of discussion is to know the nature of a person is a most pertinent issue for wining a person : Although we use this tool to understand the people but some time we fail to understand the nature of person or some time the opposite persons has more understanding who calculate us what we needed from him : However the tool of trust is most effective tool where the opposite person surrenders and we can win from our behaviour :

Source of divine power

Freedom & Peace

 Freedom meant here no interference ,All creature by nature born free but after their born number of restriction are imposed : Humans when born nature provided restrictions of Guardian or major person : In the same way animals , birds are all provided by nature some kind of restriction in freedom these restrictions are due to undeveloped mind of underage , security and some kind of welfare motive : Freedom of mind emerges in humans when relations with other peoples have no interference in their activities: Freedom of mind in writers are required as a truth of universe but some writings are restricted which are against the law , Freedom of mind does not mean that a human can act what he like from free mind , there is restriction upon act not upon mind : Mind has no restriction it can think about any distance but restriction are imposed of natural law and in society hand maid laws Iof particular nations for their activities :   The very important think is how a free mind being treated as necessary in our transaction : Any transaction in humans when write down , it has legally said that transaction of agreement made without any force , coercion and terms are written with free mind  : Peace is one of the factor that enhances the activity of free mind , These two words are some time read together as Peaceful mind , we can say without peace mind can’t work properly for positive activities : In humans , mind likes freedom , after majority of age , the word maturity being used , Interference in activities are always imposed in society , but not upon mind : The pertinent question is there is no restriction of any law , in thinking by mind whatever be ; The restrictions are imposed upon our acts : Thus mind can think freely without any compulsion : Researches are made from free and peaceful mind , science and technology are source of free and peaceful mind :

 Vastu , begins from our house , our most of time spend in our house , This time spend in our vastu house , where we take sound sleep ,live in positivity without any disturbances, live in healthy wealthy prosperous happy living , pleasing and  joyful life keeping religious activity : it generates vastu in our earning capacity : The origin of happiness begins from our house , which changes the activity of mind : Mind is most beautiful software made by God that does all the feeling without its presence , nothing could be possible for our good or bad , This is the vastu of our body , like home we prepare for our physical body : The most comfortable vastu of our body is our mind and where mind gets relaxed it depend upon our physical activity , if our mind works properly it shows that our vastu of mind is properly activated : Vastu of mind works properly in Peace : The source of peace is how we prepare our mind in particular environment:  Yoga an activity which gives peace : It requires a place where yoga activity can be done in peaceful manner ; peaceful atmosphere creates peace and yoga enhances the proximity of peace in such atmosphere: we can’t live without physical pleasure and it requires money for obtaining happiness : We never oppose the wealth but if we work with the help of our vastu brain , lot of wealth can be created : The religious vastu that keeps mind happy which prepares our mind to live and keep body in abeyance to physical comfort : 

Living for Goodness

 The essence of life is living for goodness .Living without doing goodness is not possible . Our culture

 Every nation have their own culture and peoples of every nation celebrates their own festival as per their own culture , To celebrate other nations festivals shows that our ideology is universal and we are entering cross border ideology but before adopting this ideology we should think over whether our culture adopting other nations culture is suitable to our culture and if we adopt blindly it would creat an endanger to our society : We are forgetting our culture and adopting and celebrating  other country culture like valentine day :  This day does not fit to our society , and also  not fit as  per our country culture , we should be strengthened if we follow our culture ; No other country follow the Indian culture through an Indian festival , we don’t say that particular country is not obeying culture of other country that’s why we should not celebrate a particular day : The reason is quite different we should see the impact of this celebration as per our Culture we should celebrate our mother father day who nourished us for our betterment : A strong nation is known through his strong culture :

Ego & self assessment

 Ego makes a men blind in the sense that he doesn’t think adverse against him and he always thinks that his line of action remains always right : This human nature comes from birth and this type of habits ruins the personality of people : People in society thinks that a person of egoist nature would not meet to people of general nature : It is a matter of debate whether nature of people could be changed : If the egoist people kept for his self assessment , that would change at some extent his natural phenomenon emerging from its nature Some acts originating from birth , looks as a permanency in nature and it would be very difficult but there are some acts those break this habit when some people establishes lesson against their act of ego : It has been said that there are peoples who make counter to these people , meaning that egoist people countered by other egoist ,  meaning thereby,that defeat of one egoist makes lesson to other defeated person : This is not the end of ego . The end of ego is only made through a people who don’t have ego , when a weak people used to diminishes the ego of other strong people it’s impact  are so vital and permanent that changes the very nature of people 

Illusion

 In day today life we are faced by illusion , it is our wrong calculation measured by our mind : we makeup in our mind sometime wrong imagination that causes wrong decision and it makes some time huge loss , The element of our ego sometime makes diverted to illusion , we can say that it is our umbrella of ego that makes a perfect way to join with illusion Illusion is a kind of our wrong analysis about other people , if illusion being emerged from any non physical activity it creates fear or this fear can be remedied from scientific proposition ; Illusion more particularly related in our social relations creates relations tense and in long time relations goes adverse if timely not cleared , Thus the illusion lies in our thinking and a thought couple with illusion makes our mind to negative sea where wrong imagination spoils the social relations in society : To keep away illusion never propose in mind negative thinking about any person , if a person cheats with a sword of illusion he creates atmosphere such type of where you are effected from his act of illusion , Illusion are sometime made by other person or some time it evolved from our own presumption :  Your self confidence or your power of soul is so strong it helps you to understand the reality of illusion that makes you strong to make away the illusionary

Liberation of Soul

 Your unsettled desire , number of desire are alike seeds of plant which grow number of times .The project in our life is to look after family or to live happily with fulfilling desires : Libration of soul with proper way having no desire at the last time of death when soul thinks about their deeds achieved in wrong or right way and thinks that there are no desire left , way of thinking at the last time of death with no desire keeps a way for liberation of soul in peaceful manner : This peace where no vibration of desire gives a way for liberation of soul from proper way and place is not recognised where is to go then place would be decided when you think at the last time , Places where you hear the positive vibrations as the sound of mantra , thinking about almighty god would place you in Good soul , Soul searches the places at the time of death which you like if your minds keeps some attachment , libration of soul would be subject to your attachment: Eminent  Philosophers said in their philosophy that never be thirsty ,you complete your desire whether it’s related to physical or mental : Although the main source of desire is our mind whether it is related to physical; Thus the root source of every evil lies in our mind : Mind can only librate your soul peacefully and upon proper place : If we don’t want the cycling of our soul  then it is the only soul that can give you the way with no returning , It requires strength of soul with no mind : Our yogi / saint prepared  soul so strength full that they don’t think about external world : This work is not of one day it has a number of years for exercising the same , The reason of age enhancing of hath yogi was that unless they become prepared to leave body for libration of soul with no return : This was the examination of soul with no return and to qualify the examination they used to enhance the age span : 

Life is Dream

 There is no permanency in life of every creature upon earth : when there is no permanency , it is a dream when your end comes : The time has given by nature to live in dream and make our dream by our own effort as our wishes : Only Human upon earth can reduce or enhance the age through mysterious yoga due to the reason he is having five senses and other creatures don’t have such ; these five senses are the most important organs in our mechanism of life span :
