Day & Night affecting our mental state

Before rising Sun there is a period of transition where darkness goes and brightness comes : this is a starting period of a day : you take a morning visit : In Indian text this period has been called Usha Kal
When air flows from eastern side and this air gives a pleasant climate and this causes healthy heart when Oxigen goes in nostril :we should think about day while relieving from sleep.in morning : our point for determination is that our attitude become changed with the effect of rising sun ;we do work in a day and sleep in night :suppose we change the pattern and we sleep
In a day and do work in night this is a reverse to health : when you work reverse to sun and moon that decreases your health.:time factor or descipline as per time we do work : lunch breakfast dinner are the basic requirements of ours and there is a time of all activities we donot eat every time : This punctuality of time keeps our health & wealth good by eating timely and work also timely we need sleep also and night is for rest not for any taste or mental exercise
I want to show you the secret thoughts of a day& night : morning &evening : we leave our bed and before leaving bed we should know about air of nostril that directs about good or bed journey in a day :after knowing we should keep Leg out of bed upon earth of that side which side air of nostril is running : this would keep your day happy ;
