Understanding sun moon and Susmana nadi in our body

You are not required to become yogi but when you are experiencing the amazing benefits of these three nadi through their functions and acting ourselves in accordance to prevailing nadi in your body To understand these nadi : First you understand the flow of air in nostril and if air is flowing in right nostril then it's called that sun nadi is awaken now you can do function of sun :  what are function we can choose in this period for example eating bathing running labourious work sexual activity and other work which are better for sun nadi : Moon nadi ,you can do practise of yoga in this Nadi :you can have water in this nadi : moon gives imagination and writing job can be undrtaken in this period Susmana nadi where yogi can take pleasure of God and when this nadi runs you have to avoid every activity of life and desired activity is only to remembering God and you know yoga then this is the best period for coming closer to God and achieving success with regular practise in this Susmana nadi .actually this nadi is recognised from air flowing in both nostril
